Best place to get JDM watches in Japan

I have only been once to Japan, and the only place I could find Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) watches were in KEIO Plaza.

I know departmental store may not be the best place to a good discount.

Does anyone have any experience in buying JDM watches in Japan ?
