A freehold semi-detached house located on Namly Drive, off Namly Avenue in prime District 10, will be up for auction on Sept 18. The two-storey property has a guide price of $11 million, which translates to $2,376 psf based on its land area of 4,629 sq ft.

A mortgagee sale, this is the first time the property is being auctioned, says Sharon Lee, head of auction and sales at Knight Frank Singapore, who is handling the sale. The owner had purchased the unit in 2009 for around $3.53 million. Why must go under the hammer hah???
