Begging inflation very high

Nowadays walk around Bugis or Bencoolen, and these old folks come up to you and ask for 1 or 2 quid. When they get coins, you can see their disappointed expressions.

Otherwise very sad that when I see an old person approaching a bin or recycling station, it has become instinctive to know he/she is looking for drink cans.

The govt doesn't take care of its people, and the people don't know how to take care of themselves.
