34歲男子林昆鋒疑缺錢花用，竟恩將仇報將讓他共同居住在一起李姓母女，前天以藥物迷昏、綑綁，搜刮財物，害死平日以祖孫相稱的90歲李姓老婦。警方根據監視器，發現林和同夥刻意反鎖大門，再從窗戶爬出逃離，製造密室殺人假象。警方今天凌晨在南投、板橋逮捕林嫌與共犯等3人。

警方調查，李姓老婦育有3男6女，林昆鋒是么兒宮廟友人的兒子，由於林係單親家庭，工作不穩定，李家15年前無償提供住宿，順便請他照顧母親和三姊。李家上下待林如家人，但林借住期間多次偷老婦財物，日前更侵吞要他代繳的7000元汽車牌照稅，雖後來未再追究，李婦為此與林口角並要求搬家。
林男26日中午以補藥為幌子，將迷藥拿給李姓母女服用，2人服用後即昏迷，下午2時許，林與另名共犯進屋後，先用童軍繩綑綁昏迷的李姓母女手腳，再以膠帶封口、毛巾蒙眼，限制2人行動，並將冷氣開到最強、蓋上毛毯，讓2人即便清醒也無法動彈呼救。
林與共犯在屋內翻箱倒櫃，大肆搜刮財物，其中1人於下午3時許戴安全帽從大門離開，另1人鎖上屋內門鎖後，再從2樓窗戶爬出陽台，以預先放置的鋁梯爬至防火巷後與共犯會合，隨後林騎機車、另1人搭計程車分頭逃逸。
警方表示，林嫌與另名共犯預謀劫財害命，詳細財物損失須待李女出院後清點，今天凌晨3人落網。
