高院裁定被告罪成，判監4年半及罰款。
左眼失明的廚房工人蔡盛昌在Facebook認識一名訛稱有15歲卻年僅12歲的女童後，要女童發裸照給他，在取得女童裸照後，更用裸照要挾女童與他性交。廚工早前在高院承認一項刑事恐嚇、兩項與13歲以下女童非法性交，以及一項管有兒童色情物品罪，法官今(27日)判處被告監禁4年半及罰款1000港元。
法官判刑時引述事主的創傷報告，指事主患有創傷後遺症，對事件感到憤怒、羞愧、害怕和自責，亦變得疑神疑鬼，故需接受心理輔導。而就被告方面，雖然辯方求情時指被告因被繼母把頭撞向櫃而左眼失明，但法官指，據被告父親向心理專家指，被告其實是他養子，「繼母」亦無虐待他故與被告說法不同。
法官又引述報告指心理專家認為被告為人自我中心、不可靠、狡猾，亦有反社會人格障礙、對事主缺同理心和有孌童癖傾向，且重犯機會高。被告又向專家稱，事主是主動發裸照給他且主動要求與他性交，他亦沒以裸照威脅事主，而且2人只是性交一次。但法官指被告此說法明顯與他承認的案情不符，故亦顯示他嘗試降低自己的罪責和角色，法庭不會接受，並認為他缺乏悔意。
法官指本案是非常嚴重的案件，並因被告的自私行為令事主受傷害，法庭亦有責任發出訊息以保護年輕人，特別是13歲以下兒童。法官最終就刑事恐嚇、兩項與13歲以下兒童性交3罪判處被告監禁4年半，至於管有兒童色情物品罪則罰款1000港元。
案情指，被告於2017年11月中透過FB認識女事主X，其後表示想與X性交，更要求X發裸照給他，又把自己的下體照片發送給X。X因不勝煩擾，把自己的下體照片發給被告。被告於同年12月1日向X表示會把其裸照放上網，要挾X與他性交，X同日前往被告家中，兩度與被告性交。X回家後把事件告知母親，其母報警。另外，被告5歲時由內地來港，曾有2次店舖盜竊案底。

Cai Shengchang, a kitchen worker with a blind eye in the left eye, told a girl who was 15 years old but only 12 years old on Facebook. She asked the girl to give him a nude photo. After getting a nude photo of the girl, she used nude photos to marry the girl and have sex with him. The kitchen workers earlier admitted a criminal intimidation in the High Court, two illegal sexual intercourse with girls under the age of 13 and a child pornography. The judge today (27th) sentenced the defendant to imprisonment for four and a half years and a fine of HK$1,000.
When the judge sentenced, the victim’s trauma report was quoted, referring to the victim’s traumatic sequelae, anger, shame, fear and self-blame on the incident, and became suspicious, so psychological counseling was needed. As for the defendant, although the defense pleaded that the defendant was blinded by the stepmother’s head and slammed into the cabinet, the judge said that according to the defendant’s father, the defendant pointed out that the defendant was actually a adopted child and that the “stepmother” did not abuse him. The judge also quoted the report as saying that the psychologist believes that the defendant is self-centered, unreliable, embarrassed, has anti-social personality disorder, has a tendency to be sympathetic to the victim and has a tendency to commit virginity, and has a high chance of recidivism. The case stated that the defendant knew the female victim X through FB in mid-November 2017, and later said that she wanted to have sex with X, and asked X to give him a nude photo and send her photo of the lower body to X. X was too annoyed to send his photo of the lower body to the defendant. On December 1 of the same year, the defendant indicated to X that he would put his nude photos on the Internet, and asked X to have sex with him. X went to the defendant's home on the same day and twice had sexual intercourse with the defendant. When X returns home, she will inform the mother of the incident and her mother will call the police. In addition, the defendant came to Hong Kong from the Mainland when he was 5 years old. He had two cases of shop theft.
