What does that say about the capabilities of this bunch of elected MPs and minister?

we only need to compare the cabinet size of CM DavidMarshall andthat of GCT with LHL.......... the most bloated cabinet with 2 3 full ministers doing same jobs plus a viper nest of Sr MOS, MOSes.........etc &almost all elected MPs are office holders
