Banquet Food Court caters to one race and now bankrupt. Guess which race?

Banquet is the only food court chain that is Halal certified and caters only to the Malays. That means no bak chor mee, char siu, Kway chup and anything that the money-spending majority enjoys. What happens now? Banquet has huge financial problem and can only take money from its stallholders but cannot pay them. Many stallholders got fed up and left. Soon Banquet will soon close down.

How is a business sustainable when you cater to less than 20% of the population? Most Malays have no money left to eat after spending all their $820 monthly income on motorcycle installment and raising 10 children.

Really stupid of Banquet.

Banquet sucks ! The other one is Fuck and Spoon ! I ever laosai before after eating there .
 
They do sell fish ball, wanton noodles type of dishes...but halal means no lard so CMI.

Sinkie muslims are not that strict also and if other food courts can have halal stalls side by side with non halal ones....this banquet business model makes no sense.
