Bankruptcy and Problem gambling questions

Hi

I would like to file for bankruptcy. Some questions i need to ask.

1) The record will last for 6 years... does that means after 6 years the record will be erased and no one will know im was a bankrypt before ?

2) Will they come and auction off my household items ? (This case is I self-declare... not sued)

3) Once bankrupt, it is really very difficult to find a job ? Will empoyers shun bankrupts as they shun those with criminal records ?

4) I owed OCBC, Citibank, Starhub, Singtel and SP Services. All in about $35k. Also friends/relatives loan amounting to almost 30k. Loansharks i think about $10k. How will the OA help me to settle all my debts ?

Questions on problem gambling

1) I already made an appt with NAMS @ IMH. Anyone been there to seek help ? Will i be admitted to IMH ? How will they help me in kicking the habit ?

before you file for bankruptcy , try take as many loan as possible ..
