Closing the facility is never the solution. Instead Baey Yam Keng should personally go to the scene together with law enforcers to ask the youths to follow Orange Code SOP. If they do not follow the rule, law enforcers should issue summons or send them to the court. What is the point of showing the photo in the Facebook and hiding in the aircon room ?
