Hi Wuqi, long time didn't come in to contribute; I wish you and your family well!

My friend bought a SD Cluster at Adda Heights and we visited his half-completed house 2 weeks back. Later, he brought us to see the houses that were completed and I was truly impressed by some of the finishings provided by the developer. The bathrooms had quality taps and glass shower screen, large size polished floor tiles on the ground floor and wooden flooring on the upper floors. He bought it for Rm740K, if I remembered correctly, which I thought was quite a good price! Very happy for him!

Good for you Wuqi! I like the one design where the ground floor bedroom opens out into an air well; can convert that area into an open shower area haha.

Oh yes or even a bathtub with some electronic blinds on the glass, possibilities are endless when you have your own space.

Austin Heights 2 is a good buy. Alternatively, another project along the main road leading to mount Austin, opposite The factory pub, land is being cleared for shops and cluster houses to be built.
depending on price level, may be a good buy, albeit relatively unknown developer for this project.

Just bought Adda Heights Grey Stones Cluster. Looking forward and will need the advice from Singaporean staying around the area. VP around June 2014.

Price is as per Adda Heights website. Not more nor less. 34x70. Think they left with 4 intermediate cluster houses as of last weekend. End lot will be much higher price but not many left. Unless you are looking a semi-d.

Congrat. Last year, the price already close to 800k for cluster housing standard lot.
I would like to know your buying price and any freebies/package/discount etc. kind to share. thks

If memory serves me right (cos I visited the sales gallery last year), grey stone clusters selling price was ~ RM780k with free legals fees on SPA but no DIBS. this was the price for the intermediate cluster about 34 ' x 70 ' with BU of 2770 sqft. Design is very nice and big and location is good with direct access to EDL within 5 minutes drive. Good buy kiteman.

I bought a semi-d at Adda Heights for ~900k. That's the only freebies that I got.

When I was there on Monday, there were only about 10% or less of the units left. And the salesman told me that prices has risen 60k since I bought it.

Took a 90% loan with stanchart and the bank has already paid out 25%.

Grey stones has been started selling for very long time already since last year, that time their selling price for cluster is rm718k onwards only and semi d only rm798k...

Considered quite slow in selling compared to other township..

That's true and the price has been pretty much constant less the recent increase. Mine costs Alfie more because of a little more land at the side.

Adda Heights Robbery!

Adda Heights recent robbery past week.
Details sketchy but here's the gist of it...


Yellow Horizon precinct.
Last row facing North.
6am three robbers (Chinese) in Honda Accord entered precinct on pretext of sending drunken resident home.
Gained entry into unit when house owner opened autogate to retrieve newspaper.
Flashed long parang, made owner open safe and bundled family into storeroom while they helped themselves to cash and valuables.
Thankfully no injuries.
