audit on cpf contribution

My friend received a letter from cpf requesting for copy of the wage record.

As his employees are getting a fixed wage every month, he doesnt have copy of the wage record when he gave them in cash.

So what can he do now? Also, what this audit of cpf contribution all about? Why need to audit for fuck?

In this case, how come boh do accounting? Your friend better do some records and ask the employees to sign off.
