fucking Audio House, heard so many complaints ant them liao....most of the staff at Audio House are ahbeng gangsters...so if u do not wanto get wallop if u complain, do not buy from Audio House....they have been conning customers with their 7-days refund policy printed on their receipt...but actually there is no 7-day refund policy at Audio House....they are just trying to con customers....SO REMEMBER TO TELL ALL THE PEOPLE YOU KNOW, STAY AWAY FROM AUDIO HOUSE, NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THEY ADVERTISE ON NEWSPAPER...THEY ARE OUT TO CON GULLIBLE CUSTOMERS...

Rude Comex staff refuses to give refund despite '7-day policy' printed on receipt
STOMPer Sean's request for a refund for a camera he bought on the same day was rudely turned down by a staff member at Comex. According to the the STOMPer, the receipt indicated that there was a 7-day refund policy, as long as the product was still sealed.
The STOMPer said:
"I bought an EX-Z5S camera from the Casio booth intended as a gift.
"However my cousin declined it. Having no use for it, I decided to ask for a refund on the same day.
"They have a 7-day refund policy printed on the receipt stating that as long as the product is sealed, a refund will be given.
"The camera's box was not even opened.
"However, I was shouted at and screamed at by the person-in-charge in a red shirt.
"He pointed to a small home-made paper somewhere on the desk stating "non-refundable" which was not even at the payment counter or display shelves.
"He also said: 'I don't care, that refund policy is only for TV!'
"He then pushed my invoice away violently and behaved in an intimidating manner.
"When another staff member wanted to process the refund for me, he stopped her and shouted 'Don't refund!'"
