Seri Delima rep shocked to find bullets in house
Seri Delima assemblyman R.S.N Rayer.
GEORGE TOWN: An assemblyman was shocked when he found a plastic bag containing five bullets in his house compound.
Seri Delima assemblyman R.S.N Rayer said his 10-year-old nephew made the discovery at about 7.50am on Wednesday at his house in Island Park here.
He said the boy found a plastic bag on the front porch of the house.
"My nephew picked up the package thinking it was chocolate but was horrified to see the bullets.
"He called out to my father who alerted me about it," he said when met at the courthouse here.
He later lodged a police report at the Jelutong police station.
He said he feared for his and his family members' safety and hoped the police will conduct a thorough investigation.
