what sort of license? no class 3 or army license?

having a class 3 issued by LTA do not mean can drive army vehicle. many senior NCOs and officers did not take the course conducted by the saf to drive the rover or jeep. Some CSMs even ride the bike without bike license during my days in the 90s.
