STOMPer Ariel spotted a man drying his laundry at this roof top garden park, on top of a multi-storey car park and thought that he was treating the space like his own backyard.

She wrote in her email contribution today (July 23):

"This photo shows the roof top garden park of the multi-storey carpark.

"Someone had made full use of it by sunning their laundry.

"But as soon as the weather turned cloudy, a man came to pack up."

The sight of clothes being dried on the garden bushes is an eyesore to STOMPer Botanist. The STOMPer hopes that the authorities at this CC will put a stop to this practice.

The STOMPer said in an email:

“These pictures were taken at the garden of the Jurong Spring Community Club at Jurong West Steet 52.

“The garden is well kept where the gardener planted vegetables like 'lady's finger'.

“However, someone has used the garden bushes as a laundry area to dry his clothes.

“To most visitors, this laundry area is an eyesore.

“I hope the Community Club authorities will put a stop to this unhealthy practice.”

STOMPer MRT rider thinks it was inconsiderate of this family to sit on the floor of a crowded train, taking up more space than they were entitled to.

Said the STOMPer:

"This mother and her kids were taking up so much space in the crowded train by sitting on the floor.

"I saw them on my way home from work during the peak hour.

"They just randomly sat on the floor. So inconsiderate.

"The dad was standing behind them."
