This news report is shocking:

SINGAPORE: The man involved in the spitting incident at Woodlands Interchange on Tuesday will be charged in court on Friday.

The security officer(s) could not help the woman when she was attacked. What is judgement call? What rubbish.

Does judgement call means that it is alright to let the scumbag bullied the poor woman? The security officer concerned should be sacked; he failed to stop the coward from attacking the woman. Is there a break down of law and order in Sinkie land? PAP Govt should consider deporting the scum if he is a FT. Why did no one whack the daylight out of that scumbag?
