How to redeem it digitally

There are 3 methods mentioned in the mail.
1. Queue up with other vulnerables at ticketing office.
2 goto mrt station topup kiosk
3. Use simply go app and enter the ptv to redeem. I used this method and got a bit lost at first becos I thought ezlink app is simply go app. I couldn't find the options mentioned from my ezlink app.
I then installed the simply go app and it auto sync my ezlink data to the simply go.
Then I follow the simple instructions given and now I can redeem it.
