Appeal for next-of-kin

SINGAPORE - Police are seeking the next-of-kin of a man who is currently warded at Changi General Hospital.
The man in the photograph is middle-aged and of Chinese ethnicity.
He was found on Sept 16, around 5.15am at Hougang Park Connecter near Block 160 at Rivervale Crescent.
