Appeal for next-of-kin of 81-year-old woman

SINGAPORE - Police are appealing for the next-of-kin of a deceased 81-year-old woman to come forward.
The body of Mdm Tan Hong Beng, who was previously residing at Block 1, Holland Close, was found yesterday.
