Appeal for information on man in loanshark harassment case

Police are looking for the man shown in the photo to assist with investigations into a case of loanshark harassment reported in the vicinity of Punggol Walk on June 19, 2014.
The man is believed to be a Chinese subject aged between 20 to 30 years old. He was last seen wearing a black round neck t-shirt, black pants, a pair of half-framed spectacles and a pair of black shoes.
