Appeal for Information on bicycle theft

SINGAPORE - Police are appealing for information on the man shown in the photograph to assist with investigations into a case of a bicycle theft reported at Blk 113 Bedok Reservoir Road on January 23.
The man is believed to be in his 20-30s, of slim build with tan complexion. He was last seen in a grey t-shirt with a black jacket, red bermudas and white covered shoes. He was also seen carrying a white sling bag, with black earpiece and wearing silver-framed spectacles.
