45天完成飛安鑑定報告

陸軍一架阿帕契攻擊直升機昨天墜毀，在機上擔任教官的駕駛陳龍謙少校第一時間出面說明遭遇迷向，但陸軍上午表示，檢視失事機座艙與塔台通聯紀錄，機上2名飛官在滯空全程，均未向塔台回報陷入空間迷向，專案小組將先釐清失事直升機為何違反場內懸翔滯空的科目，離奇地浮到機場外400公尺處，專案小組依慣例預計在45天內完成初步飛安鑑定報告。

2名飛官陳龍謙、劉銘輝上午已轉入普通病房，都無大礙。陸軍聯合國防部組成的專案小組，在美方波音駐台技師協助下，上午已針對運回的失事機殘骸進行檢測，飛行紀錄器也已進一步展開判讀。

陸軍表示，直升機墜落民宅前，陳龍謙第一時間按準則將油、電與旋翼全數關閉，降低機體遭衝擊後可能產生更大的意外，第一時間處置沒有問題。

但陳龍謙所稱可能因座艙起霧造成迷向，在低雲中無法目視地面等狀況，因地面民眾行車紀錄器所攝畫面中，可以清楚看見直升機而遭到質疑；另飛官也被質疑對機上儀器不熟悉，且教官陳龍謙軍階低於學員劉銘輝，飛行專業與官階倫理有無可能產生牴觸，造成意外。
