Anyone own a house in JB ? Care to share location and how much you pay for it ?

Sillyporean only allow to buy Msian properties M$250K and above. Why? Interested? But do your homework well Engage a good lawyer and be sure the developer a well-established one.

Anyway wait till the market cool down.

Only buy property that fully built or at least 80% complete that should be save. Buy 3 storey landed property will be at least RM250K depend on the location.:D

But problem is that by the time the project half completed, those best units already taken up by kia su buyers. :(
 
If you want to buy one for living is ok, but if you want to buy one for investment or renting out, i suggest you better not. There're tons of houses being built in JB
 
JB market is at the lowest, doubt will fall lower anymore. So many new and empty developments.

If you want to buy one for living is ok, but if you want to buy one for investment or renting out, i suggest you better not. There're tons of houses being built in JB
 
Buying property in jb, you better have a local to ask because some districts are prone to more robbery. Condo 99 years near city can get for around RM 200K but sg can only buy 250K above

Read in ST a couple of days ago big advertisement that there is an exhibition of private property projects in City Square. It seems that many developers are participating.

Wanted to go and look-see look-see but thinking of the causeway jam put me off. If the exhibition is still on, worthwhile to scout around.
 
Nowadays Msian developers also very smart. Most of the projects are 99 yrs lease. Gone were the days where freehold properties were abundant.
