It seems that the lapses situation is worst than MERs in SG.

We need to find a way to ensure that lapses are curbed and contained.

Apart from raising salaries of our lapses-inflicted of our top civil servants, are there anything else we should be doing?

What do you think?

I suggest we must pay them more. Double their salary every year.

Sillypore need a "watchman" to keep an eye on those who shows no empathy by awarding themselves with hard earned tax payers $$$.

Also provide them with free women to fuck.

Confucius says: "Emptied testicles makes an official unmoved by bribes."

Must change the yes-man culture in the government. With such culture, no one will dare or bother to question on the lapses as such questioning will not be welcomed and people who do that will leave after a short time. That is why so many lapses lah since no one questioned.

I don't know how to make any entity lapse proof but I know with 100% certainty that if you want to triple the number of lapses the country experiences, vote the WP.

Warouz boss. How come everything you do not. Then you better sell off the forum be cos you not acting responsibly. We very disappointed with you.

According to PM LHL, besides red carpet treatment for PAP MP candidates to enter parliament, a salary every CEO will envy, the exclusive right to campaign from INSIDE the poling station ON poling day itself, fixing the opposition is also necessary:..

Stratospheric salaries:
"If the annual salary of the Minister of Information, Communication and Arts is only $500,000, it may pose some problems when he discuss policies with media CEOs who earn millions of dollars because they need not listen to the minister's ideas and proposals. Hence, a reasonable payout will help to maintain a bit of dignity."

Special backdoor parliamentary seat entry for PAP MP candidates:
'Without some assurance of a good chance of winning at least their first election, many able and successful young Singaporeans may not risk their careers to join politics,' Mr Goh Chok Tong, June 2006 ['GRCs make it easier to find top talent: SM'].

For GE2016: the following is perhaps what PM LHL is working on intensely:

That is still too little. Give them half of our reserves of $360 billion. Hopefully, they will then perform miracles.

They have very limited abilities You can give them all our reserves and yet they won't be able to perform. Minimum expected, they report for work daily.

replace them lah... pay me 1/2 of their pay. i promise to half the mistake.
