They don't allow you to advertise at your own price but only at max of price done in the vicinity in the last 6 months + 10%.
So, if a flat done in 2022 at $610k and another one done in 2024 at $500k in the vicinity, they would allow you to advertise at $550 k only.
Will you advertise this selling price at maximum $550k despite the fact that transaction was done at $610k in 2022?
