Thankfully, after this weekend, we can walk across the Padang area again.

Every year, from May to Sep, that area will be closed off for NDP-related construction, rehearsals and the actual parades. Followed by the F1 race setup.

All because some jiakliaobee greenlighted the atrocious design of the durian stadium, which isn't really good for NDPs or sporting events, but a great venue for kissing the ass of Taylor Swift and the Pope.
