<!-- START OF : div id="storytext"--><!-- more than 4 paragraphs -->I WAS driving along the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) towards Tuas before the Central Expressway exit when my attention was drawn to a vehicle which had its right indicator light flashing while the driver was switching to the left lane.
The vehicle (a Toyota Altis, SJK 7446 A) belonged to the National Parks Board (NParks).
While sharing the PIE with this vehicle, I could not help but notice that the driver was in a hurry and was speeding and switching from lane three to lane two and back to lane three, then all the way to lane one and back to lane two before taking the Stevens Road exit.
How much of a hurry can an official of NParks be in around 10pm?Whatever the hurry, the driver should not put other road users in danger.
