An SBS bus driver on service number 560 lost his way this morning.
An inSing reader, who declined to be named, boarded bus which was heading towards Fullerton Square at 8.04am.
She said the bus was also 10 minutes late.
Twenty minutes into her journey, she noticed the bus captain taking a different route.
She said, "Instead of keeping left as per the usual route, he just went straight and stopped at another bus stop, missing four stops on the way."
According to her, passengers exchanged puzzled looks but the driver was not informed of his mistake.
The annoyed inSing reader said the driver's mistake resulted in her being late for work.
She urged SBS Transit to "educate the bus drivers on punctuality and familiarity with the designated routes."
This latest bus fiasco follows another incident in December when a SBS bus driver lost his way after deciding to try and avoid a traffic jam.
The detour had resulted in some of the bus passengers travelling for more than two hours.
