Two STOMPers have reported flooding at Balestier Road and Kim Keat Avenue in Toa Payoh today (Mar 20).

STOMPer Isabella was in the car when she saw this flood near the junction of Balestier Road and Prome Road, at about 2pm today (Mar 20).

Said the STOMPer:

"The water was quite deep, it's at least above the ankle."

Another case of flooding, at Kim Keat Avenue in Toa Payoh, has been reported by STOMPer Terence. He said:

"Twenty years have passed, each time perennial rains hit, the carpark and void deck at Block 256 Kim Keat Avenue and the surrounding area will be flooded.

"Which body looks into such matters? PUB, HDB, town council, etc?

"This time, it is worse, with wheels fully buried in water and vehicles going about like motorised sampans.

"We hope the relevant body does something about it soon."
