Year 2006, WP sent one novice team to AMK GRC to contest and won 35% ! This was an amazing feat !
People say this might be the reason of unbridled FT policy !
Many people also say had not the Gomez saga, the percentage might have been at least 40% for WP, nevertheless this was a good ground test !
AMK GRC comprising of people mainly from cheng san, sembawang, Thomson, nee soon, Yio Chu kang, and many from Jln kayu ! They were parts of Cheng san GRC last time !
The AMK- PAP HQ is at Teck Kee, just opposite the “hastily” built AMK shopping Cte !
The Chinese voters here are mostly Hokkien !
Next GE, there is no quarantee PAP will win at AMK GRC !
Since WP had tested the ground, and now we know the ground is good for contest, WP should send another team ---a better team to fight it out leaving out the capable “Ms Sylvia Lim” to take Aljunied GRC !
Ms Sylvia Lim only needs 7K votes to win, and this is no difficult task no more after 5 years of hardship the voters are struggling !
Another better team to AMK can also mean more matured candidates so the voters can see the seriousness of the contest !
People in the streets are hoping WP Mr Low leads the team to AMK becos Hougang ward can say is a sure- win case for WP and why not put someone mellowed there to follow-up the WP legacy ?
Hokkien voters at AMK GRC are not difficult to engage, if Mr Low sincerely and humbly ask the voters to give WP a chance to work with them at AMK GRC , WP may win 51% !
Humility and good behavior come first , and then ask for a chance !
When you tell voters they have a choice , they will go to PAP !
But if you offer new ideas to voters and ask for a Chance , they will give !
When you ask for a Chance from someone to work with you sincerely , the someone feels great and wanted , and the someone will feel the indebtedness not giving you a chance !
In life, we can only find out the truth of good or no- good only when we give people a chance to work with !
Tell the voters that voting is not about giving face to someone simply becos he or she is a PM right !
Winning one GRC for Oppo next GE is like victory for Sinkapore !
Next GE, if Oppo can capture AMK GRC, it will be a double happiness for all !
Since WP has done a good job at AMK, it should consider to contest again, seriously this time, and don’t waste this precious moment !
Just a 51% win, and we will see some real change in sinkapore !
