An Inspiring Video of Annie, the Malaysian Lady of Liberty

Can we really stand up and say, This is my flag, this is my country & THIS IS MY HOMELAND?:p

People get "touched" and "inspired" without knowing what the rally stands for.

Freaking crazy. What were those buggers trying to achieve with the rally??? Anwar as Prime Minister???
Or rooting out corruption? I don't get it.

Look at it from each race's perspective - Malays are already well fed by government so what are they complaining about? Do they want the Bumi policies to be abolished or what? Chinese and Indians will always remain second class but economically first class, so what do they want? Abolish the Bumi policies? I mean, why in the world would Khairy need to take to the streets? I can only conclude that for the Malays taking part in the rally, they are primarily political losers and Anwar stupporters. For the Chinese and Indians i suppose it is a display of what they have been unhappy about in the last 50 years since independance ie the preferential treatment for Bumis.

There is no way the 3 races have a common objective, although they have a common enemy.

I hope Singaporeans are rational and not be emotionally swayed by the Malaysians' movements. Those Malaysians are making their society unstable, and not being economically productive by all those silly movements.

Sometimes I look at the comments made by the new generation and I feel sad. because some of them seem 'impressed' by Malaysia's bersih/rally movement and it really bewilders me. As much as I dislike the PAP establishment, let's be honest, Singapore is a gem in the sea of non-1st world country.
