Christopher Loverro is a US Army Iraq War veteran and former police officer turned thespian, veteran advocate, and humanitarian volunteer in Ukraine. He has been to Ukraine five times since the full scale invasion and works in the humanitarian capacity - bringing in aid, conducting evacuations in the Donbas, and documenting the impact of the genocide.
He is the founder of Warriors For Peace Theatre, a non-profit organization that uses Shakespeare and the theatre to help veterans and civilians find catharsis and build community.
