Nokia phones are still my preferred choice when I travel. Can install 2 SIM cards, it is small & compact, & a charge can last several days. It is also cheap. I bought a Nokia 208 from Mustapha without warranty for only $50. If I lose it, it is no big deal.

I also travel with an iPad which I use in the hotel room. Nowadays almost all hotels provide Wifi connectivity.
