Serious AMDK Retiree - Matland Luxury Condos are Poorly Maintained

This AMDK lives in KL high SES condo completed in 2019. Only 30% occupacy and the building is poorly managed quickly deteriorating.

No security guards or manager in the lobby area, delivery packages dumped all other the place.

Building filled with children running around making noise, rubbish in common areas etc.

Only 2 out of 6 Lifts are working.

Samsters still want to buy Matland properties???

I believe he moved from a better located condo to one that sits in a awry location as he bought a proton.
Food and other amenities are far away.
