I believe Duplex can be transformed into Dual Key units with 2 individual lease potential . ( one upper floor and one tenant at lower floor )

As the thread starter , I am booking a 2nd highest floor Duplex in Sunday "fake ballot day " at RM7xx k .

Reached tent around 2pm ...... balance 15 to 20 units duplex and tons of studio


This is my virgin bet on Nusajaya ...... missed the boat at HH , Medini

At least One sweet deal should be made at MBS .

I noticed the last unit of duplex - highest floor was still unsold , shown at UEM bockchart at Saturday 2 pm.

at around 4 pm , orange stamp was marked there .

Just a question how is the general build quality of UEM projects?

The east Ledang projects doesn't seem to be too encouraging but maybe for the price might be acceptable.
