The endorsement should be construed as a credibility logo. Case should explain how it audits applicants for the endorsement and whether its officials are conversant with industry practices when they certify players under the scheme.
The CaseTrust label now acts as an accreditation for other industries, including but not limited to the motoring business and the spa and wellness industry. An explanation from Case would be helpful, and the sooner the better.
