SINGAPORE - A student from Bartley Secondary School was arrested after allegedly cutting a male teacher with a penknife on April 28.
In response to queries from The Straits Times, the school’s principal Britta Seet said that the teacher was taken to hospital, where he received outpatient treatment.
“He (the teacher) has been given medical leave, and is recovering well at home,” said Ms Seet.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force said it received a call for assistance at 10 Jalan Bunga Rampai – Bartley Secondary School’s address – at 12.25pm on April 28, and took one person to Tan Tock Seng Hospital for treatment.
