Who the fuck is Albert Winsemius? LKY developed Singapore from a fishing village into a metropolis.

Since when are consultants given credit? Right or wrong, they collect their fee and fuck off when they are done. It's the boss who has to take the risk to decide whether to follow their advice, how much of that advice to follow or fine-tune, and to take full responsibility if the advice turns out to be bad.
