I don't want anything to do with OCBC because I had a mortgage with them & know their style very well. Actually the mortgage was with Tat Lee Bank & they were taken over by OCBC. OCBC kept changing the interest rate I was charged & so I ended up paying penalties.
I had a Robinson discount card which Robinson converted to an OCBC Credit card. So I never wanted the OCBC credit card because I already have other credit cards. I got fed up a few months ago when they wanted to charge me $170+. The other banks usually waive the charges but not OCBC so I decided to cancel the card. I suspect they also don't want to serve customers like me & that is why the $170+ charge to encourage us to cancel.
Citibank has also raised the minimum amount of their accounts back to $15,000. I think banks are trying to focus their business to higher net individuals. Have decided to stay with Citibank because of the shorter queues
Hi sir,I'm happy for u to have a sweet and prosperous family together with you for this event. From your description it look different as those sinkie losers in the queues
