A logical interpretation would be, while Singapore has huge budget surpluses and high national reserves, it is likely these reserves are not in liquid form.
It is way too convenient to tap onto our CPF which is PURE CASH at a very low cost of debt. Hence their inclination to ever raising the withdrawal age is worrying.
