Lawyers don't own the judicary system but is part of the jurdicary industry workers.
The integrity of the juridcary system is the integrity of land and the ruling party forming the government. A corrupt ruling party as government will have a corrupt juidcary system, can't help much if you are in this type of corrupt government. Overthrow them is the only option.
Should you worry much if you recieve a lawyer letter?
Laywer is just another business people and their job is to make money like anyone else. Lawyer letter is just writing on behalf of their client to intimidate you.
You can either write back, in your person capacity to intimidate the bas**, or ignore the threat, or send your lawyer letter to intimidate the bas** back.
Use the word 'counter sue' and say the bas** fabricating lies and deceit allegations in your letter to whack the bas** back.
The lawyer by now will be counting his profit in this case and ask the bas** for a sum of $XXX,000 dollars as deposit to lodge the court case if his client wish to proceed.
By this time, the bas*** will start counting his $$$ flying out of his window and all lawyers (no matter how good they are) will advice their clients 'If you lose you may have pay the other party court cost, or even if you win you may not even get a cent too.' This is lawyer playing 48, his duty of care card.
The bas** will go back and think twice to lodge his case in court or not.
A lawyer letter is useless without taken to court by the bas**.
Wait for court order then act is not too late. At the courthouse there is still time to negotiate.
At the courthouse, the 2 greedy lawyers will negotiate quitely at the courthouse food court, out of your sight, and to see if there is anything to do to settle it out of court.
They will be laughing at the 2 arses and they can tell who will win the case. The presiding judge can also tell the lawyers to consider settle the case out of court if he/she advise the case not to proceed which can be deem waste of court time which the time can be better use for their backlog cases.
The lawyer may loses his practice license if he insisted to proceed, and lost the case, and the client maybe charged for Perjury for lying under oath in the witness stand.
This is protecting the integrity of the court and juridcary system which they are sworn to protect the legal system, at all cost.
