When we jump down from a height, gravity force will cause us to drop continuously.
But I always see skydiver floating in the middle of air, doing formations. After enough of formation they will then let go each others hands, and then they starts to fall.
As for SAF commando, they jump and drop without floating, then pull parachute.

Why the skydiver can choose to float or drop ah ? Is it due to the different types of gadgets ?
For all the above, which one is called free falling ?

they are not floating...they already reached terminal velocity, the maximum speed of falling or gravity .....they just look like floating cause they are falling horizontally.

but falling horizontally is slightly slower because of air resistance and ur body drag,if u tuck ur body straight into an arrow and fall face first it will be slightly faster.

Jumping from Different heights dumbfuck.
Difference between static line and free fall.
And commandos also got freefall.
Dun be lazy and expect to be spoonfed. Go and Google you dumbfuck before you ask questions.
I think you go sentosa play with the big wind blower enough la

But how can falling down looks like maintaining in almost within same amount of space ? This is the weird part. When falling horizontally, roughly what is the speed ?

Of course I did some research before asking mah. I cannot find a answer that explains what I see on tv and movie .

easy just grab hold of the other person's hand.i think they try to control their speed with their arms and feet spread out or tucking their arms and legs in.falling horizontally is about 200km/h.falling facefirst is about 240km/h.

falling horizontally at 200km/hr sounds more like superman liao  flying instead of falling
