Lorry is in contact with power lines. Tires are thick enough to provide insulation. When first guy climbs down, he provides a path to ground and is shocked. That’s why you see flames where he touches lorry and ground. Second guy jumps clear of lorry, never provides a path to ground, so he survives. First guy might live, hard to say. But, he’s going to be badly injured if still alive.
