Does it mean that if you dun nuke China, China will not nuke you?
.
You folks better examine the detailed text of this policy.

Within the FORMAL WORDING of this (particular) policy is one sentence that all should pay attention to…

“…if attacked… China reserves the right … to use every means at its disposal … to attack the nation that attacks it.”
.
For years, western media and nations prefer to ignore this tiny detail.

no first use when ccp at a numerical disadvantage. otherwise hoot ah.

Belief is one thing, but REALITY is quite another. NO mortal leader would not resort to use nukes if under severe attack.

What matters is NOT who would not use nukes, but rather - WHO will launch nukes as a first strike, because it will come at a horrific & deadly cost - Mutually Aided Destruction.

There is NO such thing as one nation fires a nuke, then sit back, have a cup of tea & then negotiate for armistice. The moment a nuke launch is detected, MULTIPLE nukes would be launched even upon allies & axis nations, upon missile military targets, population centres, etc, as NO leader will take any chances.....in order to ensure that there will be NO 2ND nuke strike, as by then, nothing, absolutely NOTHING will be left survivable on planet Earth...
