The Israelis trained us ...they so kuat, yet our cybersecurity team is so lousy. Why lah? Are sinkees so stupid that we can't learn? Cannot be, because we have so many scholars, so we must be smart.
Why? This is a serious flaw in our defence. Where are the generals?
