We call not for self-righteous leaders who act in their own self-preserving interests at the expense of our generation and future generations.
We call not for our shores to be flooded with immigrants who merely see us as a tool to further their place in life.
We call for a more emphatic society where nobody suffers from living hand to mouth on a shoestring budget.
We call for a responsible government and national agencies who are willing to spend where it counts most and not tax where they want most.
We call for greater transparency of governance and humbleness from our leaders to listen to the ground instead of being stuck in their ivory tower.
We call an end to the monopoly of power that the Lee Clan and the PAP has always held on to only by virtue of their "experience" of 45 years.
We call for greater integration and fairness between local Singaporeans and our new bedfellow immigrants from other countries who genuinely have something to contribute to our nation's future.
We call for a society that has more heart than head, a society that can hold together through hell or high water as one people without class divides and political strife brought on by cold-blooded hypocrites of ministers!
And finally, we call for a meaningful purpose to be put forth to the President of Singapore in shaping our country's future,
for him to be free of all political obligations,
for him to be able to speak his mind and soul with responsibility,
for him to be willing to voice our cause when even our MPs from the Opposition cannot wake up the ruling elite in Parliament,
for him to safeguard our reserves with pragmatism and common sense and good track records,
and finally for the President to be the unifying figure of Singaporeans locally and abroad without any racial or political colouration!
