SINGAPORE: Singapore reported eight new COVID-19 cases as of noon on Thursday (Oct 22), including seven imported cases.
There was also one locally transmitted COVID-19 infection involving a dormitory resident, said the Ministry of Health (MOH) in its daily preliminary update.
All imported cases were placed on stay-home notices upon arrival in Singapore.
This brings the total number of cases in the country to 57,941.

KNN nowadays is it community cases leenamed as locally transmitted? KNN from this statement my uncle cannot confirm is the dormitory resident get it in dorm or in the community KNN
 
So many imported cases. Should ban those ppl from coming in and spreading viruses.

with trace together, the authorities should allow the geylang whore houses to resume business. however business may not be as good as before because the customers have to give up their privacy.
