SINGAPORE: Singapore reported four new COVID-19 cases as of noon on Thursday (Nov 19), said the Ministry of Health (MOH) in its preliminary daily update.
All the new cases were imported and were placed on stay-home notice or isolated upon their arrival in Singapore, said the ministry.
No locally transmitted cases were reported for the ninth consecutive day.

Why do I keep getting this feeling that nobody is actually sick.

This chart tells me that my "myth" is actually reality.

how u know they don't have symptoms?

I don't and that is the reason why reporting cases is meaningless unless it is stated how many are actually sick.

Take HSV1 for example. It is estimated that more than 70% of the world's population has the virus but you don't see 7 out of 10 people walking around with cold sores. The reason is that the vast majority never have any outbreaks even though they would test positive for the virus.
