Re: 30 Sinkies buyers spent $6m to buy not so high class condo in JB. Picture don't m
If sinkies are dumb enough to trust a jiuhu property ad, it means that they are very gullible. They should travel around JB more often and look at existing new condo projects before believing the jiuhu property peddlers.

Never trust Moose Limps. Their Pedo Prophet taught all of them to collect 10% and sometimes even 20% as booty from each deal. By the time the money is left for actual use there is very little left. These guys are luck there's a roof. They could have easily redesigned the damned thing with a sun roof.

it may look modern and sleek but the flat-roof gazebo is not practical and robust in tropical climates with heavy downpours. architecturally, the umbrella-shaped tiled roof is better suited to tropical living and more iconic with typical homes in the area. there's nothing to complain about. residents should thank their architect for changing the design to one that will last longer with time. and perhaps structurally the flat-roof gazebo cannot get a permit due to safety issues.
30 buyers at s$6 million or s$200k each or rm500k, at 2012 exchange rate of 2.5.
Should try to sell it where possible, if the going is rm800k or rm1kk.
Hopefully still positive.......with the current exchange rate of s$1 to rm3.05.......

Good move. After buying the houses, buy a brand new local car for S$10k. Despite gloomy outlook, drop in RM, Oil and gas etc mercedes Benz sales went up by 70% for passenger car last year.
