A STOMPer was shocked and disgusted when he spotted this man peeing on the ledge of a CTE tunnel in front of many people.

In an email to STOMP today (Nov 29), the STOMPer says:

“I was driving along the CTE in a jam on Nov 28 at 11pm when I saw a caucasian man walking along the ledge of the CTE tunnel and unzipping his pants while walking.

“To my surprise, he stood near my car and started peeing on the ledge. After that, he went back to the cab (SHC2368M) next to my car.

“This is shameless and totally unacceptable.

“There were many other cars in the tunnel and I am sure I am not the only one who sees this as an uncivilised act.

They should had built FOC toilet in CTE for Ang Moh FT only. Singaporeans are not allowed to use.
